Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TEB Staking website (the “Site”), operated in connection with The Earn Bull token (“TEB”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. TEB is a cryptographic token. Locking, holding, or using TEB may result in partial or total loss of value. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

3. The Site is a frontend only

The Site is an unaudited interface that helps you interact with Jupiter Lock and the Solana blockchain. Locked principal stays in your own Jupiter escrow. We do not hold your wallet keys. Bonus TEB, when claimed after unlock, is paid from a Site treasury.

4. Self-custody and wallets

You must use a compatible self-custody wallet. You are responsible for securing your wallet, seed phrase, and devices. We cannot reverse transactions, recover lost keys, or restore access if you lose control of your wallet.

5. On-chain locks

Locks you create are on-chain escrow arrangements with Jupiter Lock. Depending on the options you confirm in your wallet, a lock may be irreversible until its term ends. Review every wallet prompt before signing. We are not Jupiter, Meteora, or Solana, and we are not a party to your on-chain lock.

Locks created through this Site set cancel and recipient-change to none. The Site generates a one-time key to open the Jupiter Lock escrow, uses it for that transaction, and does not store it. You cannot cancel or change recipient later. Tokens unlock only after the chosen cliff. Review the transaction on Jupiter Lock and Solscan.

After a lock’s cliff, the lock recipient may claim a bonus from the Site’s TEB treasury, if that vault is funded. Principal is claimed from Jupiter Lock. A bonus is paid at most once per lock.

6. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use blockchain applications. The Site is not offered to persons in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

7. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Blockchain networks, RPC providers, wallets, and third-party programs may fail, delay, or become unavailable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site’s operators, contributors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of tokens, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any on-chain transaction, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Third-party services

The Site may link to Jupiter Lock, block explorers, wallet software, and other third parties. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content, security, or availability.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page is the effective date.
